Every 10 minutes. Each round, every wallet still in tops up 0.002 again. Only wallets that topped up the round before can.
Miss one. Skip a round and you are out. Everything you put in stays inside the bank.
Last one in. A round that closes with one wallet topped up pays that wallet the whole bank. If everyone left misses the same round, they split it. After round 24, whoever is still in splits it. A new bank opens at once.
